Some wild and wacky takes in here, plus some very sobering thoughts. Read it!
This was a very unusual memoir with the focus on the author's most meaningful experiences in no particular order. It was at amoral/caring, sad, tender, and vividly brought back a time when I wish I had been there and felt as if I were. I really enjoyed it and wish it had been longer.
Delightful snapshots, mostly in Kodachrome, of a great character. It connected many dots in John's life and the picture that emerged was entertaining. Well written!! and entertaining!!
